Efficiency, Transparency and Consolidation

Managing a variety of entities alongside three businesses and 15 subsidiaries, Vertua’s aim was to consolidate reporting and gain transparency across the entire organisation. It was imperative that this was done in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible for the size of their organisation.

Christos Kyriakides, CFO, explains “we needed the most efficient ERP on the market. The main driver for us was consolidation; we had 15 subsidiaries historically accounted for in Xero, which we had outgrown. We needed a complete view of the entire business – in real time. Furthermore, Vertua can now consolidate on a monthly basis. Internal management and board meetings are more effective and efficient; the ability to analyse profitability by month or quarter in real-time is straightforward. Necessary adjustments and making business decisions have been made much easier, and changes can be simply rectified.
